Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is assisting a leading Edinburgh law firm in recruiting a Senior Pensions Lawyer to join its highly regarded Pensions team. You will advise trustees and employers on defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, and handle de-risking transactions and pensions litigation.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' PQE, proven pensions experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for the pensions market. This full‑time role offers excellent training and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE in pensions law.
• Experience advising trustees and employers on defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
• Experience with de-risking transactions and pensions litigation.
• Enthusiasm and interest in the pensions market.

• Involve in pensions de-risking transactions and related litigation.
