Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with pensions expertise.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills to translate complex issues into commercial advice.
• Experience advising on a broad range of pensions matters including transactional, funding and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise trustees, employers and other stakeholders on pensions issues across advisory, transactional and regulatory work.
• Support establishment, governance and restructuring of occupational pension schemes.
• Draft, review and negotiate pension scheme documents and related materials.
• Provide guidance on legislation and regulatory developments affecting schemes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across groups and jurisdictions on multidisciplinary matters.
