Job description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Pensions Analyst to lead and deliver client projects and internal business change initiatives in a fast-paced pensions administration environment. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of data analysis, process improvement, and project delivery from planning through to implementation.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions across data migration, pension calculations, reporting, and system enhancements, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and pension legislation. In addition to leading project work, you will support and mentor junior analysts, helping to maintain consistent service and drive ongoing improvements.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from either our London or Hampshire office two days per week. For those based outside a commutable distance, 100% remote working will be considered.

We’re seeking someone with strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions, solid experience in data analysis and project leadership, and excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of pension administration systems are essential.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact while growing your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.
