Responsibilities

• Monitor team activity and coordinate workload to meet SLAs; organise and prioritise tasks.
• Produce and analyse reports for internal and external clients.
• Identify issues in processes and drive improvements.
• Implement changes to tools and documentation to support service delivery.
• Promote knowledge sharing and training on processes and tools.
• Write and maintain knowledge documents; keep up to date with legislation.
• Participate in audits and apply best practices.
