Senior Pensions Administrator / Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator / Analyst to join a Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) team, supporting Member Options. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and strong technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review pension scheme data and reports to prepare accurate benefit specifications and schedules.
  • Calculate member options (Retirement, Transfer, Trivial Commutation) using actuarial processes, modelling tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Produce clear, quality reports to support downstream activities such as administration updates, reinsurance accounting, premium changes, and project planning.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data, timely delivery, and effective communication throughout the process.
