We have an opening for a GCB6 Senior Pension Administrator within the Adviser and Client Contact Team (ACCT). This is an excellent opportunity with a varied workload for someone wanting to progress a career in pensions.
In this role, you will be the first port of call for all clients coming into Wealth Retirement Services. You will be a client focused professional who wants to provide excellent customer care to HSBC clients and advisers. You will receive phone calls and manage all emails into the central team, as well as providing support and oversight to outsourced activity.
