Job Description:

Due to recent client wins, a leading Pension Consultancy is looking for Senior Pension Administrators to join their team.

You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients of various sizes. You will manage all day-to-day activities related to your portfolio and support the team with training and development needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard and in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
  • Processing member events within deadlines.
  • Peer reviewing and checking work for quality and compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
  • Communicating with members, trustees, and other third parties.
  • Providing support and sharing knowledge within the team.
  • Attending and presenting at internal and external meetings, including Trustee and client meetings.
  • Keeping up to date with changes affecting your portfolio or schemes.
  • Managing ad hoc projects.

Applicants must be experienced pensions administrators with relevant knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes and strong manual calculation skills.
