Job summary

Bruin is seeking an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, handling day-to-day administration and supporting the team with training and development needs.

You will be responsible for ensuring delivery to high standards, meeting client SLAs, and handling ad hoc projects while staying up to date with changes impacting your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experienced pensions administrator with knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• Strong manual calculations experience.
• Experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefit schemes and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is high standard and in accordance with client SLAs.
• Process member events within deadlines.
• Peer review and check work for compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
• Communicate with members, trustees and other third parties.
• Provide support and share knowledge across the team.
• Attend and present at internal and external meetings (including Trustee and client meetings).
• Keep up to date with changes impacting your portfolio or schemes.
• Take responsibility for ad hoc projects.

Due to recent client wins a leading Pension Consultancy are looking for Senior Pension Administrator's to join their team.

You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients that range in size. You will manage all day-to-day activities in relation to your portfolio, as well as supporting the team with their training and development needs.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Take responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is of a high standard and is in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
• Process member events within deadlines.
• Peer review and check work to ensure it is of a high standard and compliant with scheme rules and legislation.
• Communicating with members, trustees and other third parties.
• Provide support and share knowledge across the team.
• Attend and present at both internal and external meetings (including Trustee and/or client meetings).
• Keep up to date with any changes impacting your portfolio or schemes.
• Take responsibility for ad hoc projects.

To apply for this role you must already be an experienced pensions administrator with relevant experience and knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes as well as strong manual calculations experience
