Job summary

Bruin are seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to join their team following recent client wins in the pensions consultancy space. You will manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients and ensure high standards of administration and service delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes and strong manual calculation skills, with the opportunity to develop within a growing firm. You will contribute to training, attend trustee and client meetings, and stay updated on scheme

Qualifications

• Experienced pensions administrator with relevant Defined Benefit scheme knowledge.
• Strong experience delivering administration services to DB schemes.
• Proficient in manual calculations and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for a portfolio of pension scheme clients.
• Ensure all work meets client SLAs and deadlines.
• Peer review and check work for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with members, trustees and third parties.
• Support training and development within the team.
• Attend internal and external meetings including trustee/client meetings.
• Keep up to date with changes impacting portfolios.
• Take responsibility for ad hoc projects.

Due to recent client wins a leading Pension Consultancy are looking for Senior Pension Administrator's to join their team.

You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients that range in size. You will manage all day-to-day activities in relation to your portfolio, as well as supporting the team with their training and development needs.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Take responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is of a high standard and is in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
• Process member events within deadlines.
• Peer review and check work to ensure it is of a high standard and compliant with scheme rules and legislation.
• Communicating with members, trustees and other third parties.
• Provide support and share knowledge across the team.
• Attend and present at both internal and external meetings (including Trustee and/or client meetings).
• Keep up to date with any changes impacting your portfolio or schemes.
• Take responsibility for ad hoc projects.

To apply for this role you must already be an experienced pensions administrator with relevant experience and knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes as well as strong manual calculations experience
