Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks a Senior PCB Design Engineer in Cambridge to own the PCB design process from concept to release, collaborating with world-class hardware and mechanical engineers. You will ensure designs meet high-integrity standards in RF, digital, analogue and power domains.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics hardware, proficiency in Altium Designer, and a proven track record in high-density interconnects, including mmWave.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree, HNC, or HND in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in electronics hardware design and product development.
• You are a finisher with urgency and discipline when releasing designs.
• Strong communication for design reviews with internal teams and high-profile customers.

Responsibilities

• Owns PCB design processes from concept to release with absolute discipline.
• Collaborates with hardware and mechanical engineers to resolve complex integration tasks (RF, mmWave).
• Sets and enforces PCB best practices, library management, and design reviews.
