Main duties of the job

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior PBS Practitioner to join our growing national Behaviour Support Team and take the lead in shaping how Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is delivered across the organisation. You will help embed meaningful, person-centred approaches at every level, ensuring best practice is at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our PBS vision, shaping how it is embedded across southern-based services, and contributing to the ongoing development of a consistent, values-led framework both regionally and nationwide. You will provide PBS leadership and support across a wide portfolio of services, including residential care, supported living, hospitals, and neuro-rehabilitation, working with individuals of all ages and diverse, often complex support needs.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring regular regional and national travel (including overnight stays) to services in the south, with some home-based working depending on activity. This position is ideally suited to candidates based in the London area, with convenient access to commute to services across the region.

Join us and make a real difference in how we support individuals and teams nationwide. Be part of a forward-thinking, values-driven organisation committed to embedding high-quality PBS at every level.
