Salary: £50-60,000 plus bonus and benefits

A long-established organisation with a sizeable workforce is seeking an experienced payroll professional to take on a key post within its UK and Republic of Ireland payroll function. What the role involves:

Your position will revolve around high quality payroll delivery for both UK and Irish employees. The working day will be varied and touch on several areas, such as:

  • Contributing to accurate and timely payroll runs in a large-scale environment.
  • Keeping a close eye on deadlines and raising concerns where necessary.
  • Ensuring that internal controls, procedures and compliance expectations are upheld.
  • Standing in for senior colleagues when required and supporting key sign off duties.
  • Taking responsibility for continuous improvements across processes and ways of working.
