• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll assistants.
• Encourage a customer experience culture across all functions.
• Manage pension administration and compliance.

We are delighted to be supporting this successful business based in Cardiff in helping them recruit an experienced senior payroll professional. You may be a seasoned manager looking to work at a similar level or someone keen to progress and develop further in a role.

As the new Senior Payroll Manager you will report into an experienced Head of Finance who has a thorough understanding of payroll. You will have two payroll staff that report into you and who conduct day to day payroll activities. As well as being someone who enjoys the challenge of improving practices and procedures you will thrive when taking a hands‑on approach to your work.
