Qualifications

  • Considerable experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.
  • Experience with RTI and BACS submissions.
  • Skilled in manual payroll calculations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience in training junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of payroll processes and activities.
  • Run end-to-end payroll ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle payroll tasks independently.
  • Liaise with Pension Administration team.
  • Support senior colleagues in payroll projects.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Identify errors and resolve issues.
  • Manage workload effectively under tight deadlines.
