  • Assist Payroll Operations Managers with workload planning and process improvement.

  • ✅ Process and manage complex client payrolls accurately and efficiently across multiple frequencies
  • ✅ Act as a main point of contact for client payroll queries, ensuring a high level of service
  • ✅ Support and mentor junior payroll colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • ✅ Liaise with HMRC, pension providers, auditors, and other external stakeholders
  • ✅ Perform reconciliations, year-end processing, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation
  • ✅ Assist Payroll Operations Managers with workload planning and process improvement initiatives
  • ✅ Identify opportunities to streamline payroll operations and introduce automation

  • 🌟 Proven experience in payroll administration - ideally within a bureau or accountancy firm
