Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Patient Access and Booking Clerk in Caernarfon. The successful candidate will provide clerical support for a busy Dietitian Department, requiring effective communication skills in Welsh and English. Applicants should have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience, as well as strong organizational skills. This full-time role offers a salary between £24,433 and £26,060 per annum.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.

Therapy Services administration are looking to appoint a highly motivated person to work within a busy Dietitian Department for Gwynedd and Anglesey.

The post holder will be a member of the admin team, which provides both a clerical and telephone operator service, for the Dietitian Department and administration support to Therapy Services.

Therapy Services comprises of Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry & Orthotics, Speech and Language Therapy and Administration. Each area has it's own Head of Service who is accountable to the Area Director of Therapy Services.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate must be an effective communicator, have good interpersonal skills and work in a flexible and organised manner. He/she must have a good standard of education. The ability to multi-task is important.

An appointable candidate not successful for this full-time role may be held in reserve for a part-time role subject to approval.
