Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury or fine dining environment, ideally in a Michelin-starred kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH.
  • All candidates must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
