Job summary

Fusion Consulting AG seeks an experienced PAS-X Solution Consultant/SME to back a global MES template rollout across pharmaceutical sites. You will design, integrate, and deploy PAS-X within a regulated GxP environment, ensuring consistency with corporate standards.

The role requires Werum PAS-X expertise, SAP integration experience, and EBR/CSV familiarity. You will collaborate with manufacturing, IT, and QA teams to drive validation and optimisation across sites.

Qualifications

• PAS-X functional expertise and hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements (GxP).
• Experience integrating PAS-X with SAP WM/EWM and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with data extraction for reporting and analytics (Power BI, Crystal/Jaspersoft).
• Experience supporting global template deployments and multi-site rollouts.

We are seeking an experienced PAS-X Solution Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a global MES template rollout across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. This individual will play a key role in PAS-X solution design, integration, process standardization, testing, and deployment within a regulated GxP environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Werum PAS-X, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, SAP integration, and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) solutions.

Reporting & Analytics

• Experience with PAS-X reporting solutions and data extraction capabilities.
• Knowledge of PAS-X PDA (Product Data Access).
• Experience supporting data exports to enterprise reporting platforms and data lakes.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and/or Jaspersoft is highly desirable.

Industry Experience

• Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry background.
• Strong understanding of:
