Job description
About Us

We are a mission driven wellness brand with an award winning range of collagen, blends and supplements. We started as all good businesses do, by seeing the opportunity to do things differently in a growing market. To carefully balance people, planet, and profit for the sake of the world around us and our health. We are now shaping the future of wellness with simple daily rituals, thoughtfully and sustainably designed to support women’s health. Our vision is to be the #1 wellness brand in the world, setting new standards for holistic health, sustainability and female empowerment.

As a B‑Corp, Ancient + Brave meets the highest standards of social and environmental impact. In June 2024 we have been named 5th in The Sunday Times 100 fastest‑growing private companies and we have recently been recognised as one of the FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies, 2025.

Want to be a part of a team that’s shaping the future of health and wellbeing? We’d love to have you!

The Role

The Senior Partnerships Manager will play a key role in shaping the next evolution of Ancient + Brave’s growth, turning bold ideas into commercial reality through innovative brand partnerships that celebrate brave women, build The Brave Lifestyle and drive desire for and uptake of our award winning products. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Events, this person will help deliver a world‑class partnerships function: identifying, negotiating, and activating creative, large‑scale collaborations that drive brand fame and desire, customer acquisition, and retention.

This role will help take our existing partnership activity to the next level – moving from tactical collaborations to 360° strategic alliances that create measurable business impact and cultural relevance. From developing co‑branded campaigns with leading wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality brands to establishing commercial partnerships that bring Ancient + Brave to life for new audiences, this person will think big, be brave, and deliver partnerships and outcomes that inspire. While this role is not responsible for events, influencer marketing, or PR, you’ll work closely with those teams to bring partnership activations to life as part of fully integrated, 360° campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative doer – commercially sharp, highly organised, and unafraid to challenge convention. They’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, working collaboratively across teams to elevate Ancient + Brave as one of the most recognised wellness brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and evolve the brand partnership strategy in support of business and marketing goals.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with premium brands across wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, fitness, and culture that enhance Ancient + Brave’s positioning and reach.
  • Develop compelling partnership concepts and proposals that deliver tangible commercial and brand outcomes.
  • Build scalable partnership frameworks that deliver exceptional mutual value, from limited collaborations to long‑term alliances.
Campaign Activation & Management
  • Lead partnership campaigns end‑to‑end: ideation, negotiation, activation, and measurement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Events, Retail, eCommerce) to deliver fully integrated 360° activations.
  • Ensure partnerships are PRable, commercially impactful, and amplify the Ancient + Brave brand story across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and partner expectations to deliver excellence at every stage.
Commercial Growth & Innovation
  • Leverage partnerships to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and average order value (AOV).
  • Explore innovative partnership models – from product collaborations and co‑branded experiences to content‑led storytelling and data‑sharing initiatives.
  • Seek out bold, creative opportunities that position Ancient + Brave at the centre of the wellness conversation.
  • Champion a test‑and‑learn mindset, experimenting with new ways to scale brand reach and relevance.
Performance & Optimisation
  • Define clear KPIs for all partnerships and campaigns, tracking performance and ROI.
  • Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform future strategy.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Support the Head of Partnerships & Events in building a best‑in‑class partnership programme.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Work cross‑functionally to ensure partnerships are integrated across customer touchpoints and deliver consistent brand storytelling.
Who You Are
  • Proven experience (5 years+) in partnerships, brand marketing, and/or business development, ideally in wellness, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful, large‑scale brand collaborations that drive measurable growth.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Exceptional relationship builder and confident negotiator, able to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised project manager with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, and excited by the opportunity to shape one of the UK’s leading wellness brands.
  • Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and empowering women through holistic self‑care.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members (Desirable).
  • Established network of relevant brand contacts and influencer relationships (Desirable).
  • Understanding of subscription business models, retention strategies, and affiliate marketing (Desirable).
Team Culture & Values
  • Hungry: Ambitious, driven with a growth mindset, always seeking ways to learn, develop and be better.
  • Humble: No ego, collaborative team player, always acts with integrity and clear sense of accountability, aligned with our B‑Corp values.
  • High Performing – Effective, efficient, with a solid work ethic. Consistently pushes for exceptional results while maintaining resilience, balance, and self‑care.
  • Hustle: Entrepreneurial, innovative, fast‑paced, great communicator. Adept at solving problems and navigating dynamic, ever‑changing situations.
