mbf. is recruiting a Senior Paraplanner in a Cheltenham-based hybrid role, offering a salary up to £55,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

You will work alongside Chartered Financial Planners, delivering high‑quality suitability reports and tailored financial planning solutions for a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals. The role emphasises accuracy, compliance, and long‑term career development.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in financial services, paraplanning focus.
• Level 4 Diploma or higher in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Experience with pre- and post-retirement planning and tax planning.
• Strong written communication and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial planning recommendations and suitability reports.
• Support advisers with bespoke planning solutions for clients.
• Conduct research across investments, pensions, retirement, IHT and protection.
• Liaise with high-net-worth clients when required and support admin team.
