Job summary

Applicants should have at least 2 years in paraplanning, Level 4 Diploma in financial planning, and strong investment and pension knowledge. You will work within compliant processes and deliver clear client-focused reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paraplanning experience in a financial planning environment.
• Clear understanding of the financial planning process.
• Ability to produce professional and technical reports for the advice process.
• Work within defined business processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• Strong knowledge of investments and pensions.

Responsibilities

• Receiving instructions during debriefings from advisers after client meetings.
• Interpreting data obtained by advisers during client meetings.
• Analysing data and using research tools to provide suitable solutions.
• Providing records to support research undertaken.
• Consolidating client needs and objectives into written reports, illustrations, and key features documents.
• Carrying out compliance-aligned tasks and ensuring client files remain compliant.
