Job summary

Alderley Edge, United Kingdom — Bond Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Paraplanner for a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firm. You will deliver high-quality technical support to the Financial Planner before, during, and after Annual Planning Meetings, while maintaining strong client relationships in between meetings.

Key duties include meeting preparation, attending client meetings, and ensuring client files (Voyant, Curo, and related systems) are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Ownership and independence in previous roles.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
• First class technical expertise in advice areas.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services products.
• Experience using Voyant Financial Planning software.
• Understanding of financial planning vs advice.
• Ability to read, digest and assimilate information.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised, methodical and analytical.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client trust.
• Cashflow modelling experience (Voyant preferred).
• Excellent IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships between meetings.
• Ensure company processes are adhered to and calibrated with the planner.
• Maintain Voyant client records with up-to-date annotations.
• Keep Curo up to date with changes affecting the plan.
• Ensure accuracy of client-facing systems.
• Prepare for meetings (including agendas).
• Attend client meetings and capture outcomes.
• Oversee client relationship issues between meetings.
• Ensure Financial Plans remain coherent and sensible.

Our client is a very well respected Chartered FinancialPlanning firm in Alderley Edge, they are currently recruiting a SeniorParaplanner to provide high quality technical support to the Financial Plannerbefore, during and after Annual Planning Meetings and maintain the clientrelationship in the interim periods.

• Management of client relationship between meetings
• Ensure company processes adhered to. Challenge financialplanner if required.
• All FP aspects of Voyant client records up to date, wellannotated and understood
• Curo kept up to date with any changes that affect theclient’s financial plan.
• Responsible for the accuracy of any client-facing systems

1. All meeting prep (including agenda)

Knowledge & experience
