Qualifications

• 8+ years of paralegal or equivalent experience.
• Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Work well independently and with global teams across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Monday.com, MS Office, DocuSign and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and manage agreements for Aristocrat Interactive.
• Provide senior paralegal support to the global Legal Team.
• Prepare complex legal documents and vendor agreements.
• Conduct in-depth legal and regulatory research.
• Keep stakeholders updated on assignment progress.
• Mentor colleagues on contractual processes and procedures.
• Help train colleagues on legal processes.
