Reflect Digital in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing Paid department. We are a thriving agency that values data, strategy and client partnerships.

You will manage campaigns, optimise budgets, and contribute to client roadmaps while collaborating with SEO and content teams. The role offers a hybrid setup, £27k–£35k DOE, 28 days leave, private healthcare and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with PPC platforms (Google/Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pacing, optimisation and budget allocation across paid accounts.
• Conduct audits and implement platform best practices.
• Analyse performance data and prepare reports (daily–monthly).
• Support forecasting, quarterly planning and client roadmaps.
• Implement scripts (with Innovation team support) and maintain QA standards.
• Stay ahead of emerging platforms, betas and industry changes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present performance updates and strategic insights confidently.
• Partner with SEO, Content and other teams to deliver integrated Total Search strategies.
• Support and mentor Analysts, contributing to internal training.
