Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience working with retail, ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into strategy.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and a focus on driving growth.
• A good understanding of paid social and the wider digital media landscape.
• Previous mentoring or line management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns.
• Develop strategies that drive traffic, conversions, revenue and ROI.
• Manage significant client budgets, pacing, forecasting and performance.
• Turn campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and media partners.
• Identify opportunities across AI, emerging platforms and new media technologies.
• Support new business pitches and contribute to agency strategy.
• Mentor junior team members.
