Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced clinical pharmacist to lead the Enhanced Level A Paediatric Oncology Shared Care Unit (POSCU) across RS and ASPH. You will deliver specialist services for paediatric oncology patients, working with a multidisciplinary team within the Royal Surrey Cancer Centre.

The role requires postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification and significant paediatric oncology experience; the post may involve attendance at ASPH on occasion and opportunities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent and 1 year pre-registration training.
• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (Great Britain).
• Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead, provide and develop specialist clinical pharmacy services to paediatric oncology across RS and ASPH.
• Participate in outpatient clinics to deliver high quality pharmaceutical care.
• Provide training and education to healthcare professionals.
