Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a paediatric clinical operations lead to oversee site management for the paediatric service. You will collaborate with the Clinical Site Manager and Senior Nursing Team to ensure policy compliance and safe patient care across Children and Young People.

Key duties include policy development, maintaining a safe environment, handling complaints and incidents, and providing teaching and supervision to staff, including simulation

Responsibilities

• Lead paediatric site management within approved policies and procedures.
• Coordinate safe environments for patients, carers and staff per Health & Safety policy.
• Act as a role model and contribute to efficient operation of paediatric areas with senior management.
• Assist in development and delivery of training for nursing and medical staff; supervise intravenous access training.
• Provide clinically credible paediatric nursing, assess patients and advise on paediatric care.
