Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with immediate paediatric life support.
• Experience supervising students and leading shifts.
• Desirable experience with tracheostomised patients.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor junior nurses in clinical practice.
• Implement and evaluate holistic care plans for children.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement projects.

Skills

NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support

Experience within Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and complex care needs

Experience of supervising and assessing students and shift leading

Excellent written and verbal communication

Excellent clinical governance and experience with audits
