Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Dietitian to join as Advanced Dietetic Practitioner, leading metabolic dietetic services for paediatric patients within NUH and in collaboration with EMPMS in the East Midlands. The role involves strategic planning, service development, and expert guidance to MDT colleagues.

You will hold a clinical caseload, provide expert opinion, and drive audits and service improvements across the regional metabolic service.

Qualifikationen

• Essential: Profession Specific Degree.
• Essential: Current registration with professional body such as NMC or HCPC.
• Essential: Post-registration master's level award or equivalent; and/or accreditation with relevant clinical governing body eg Centre for Advanced Practice
• Desirable: Leadership course
• Desirable: Service Improvement methodology training e.g QSIR
• Desirable: Mentorship/assessor and/or teaching qualification

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership & advanced practice in management of NUH patients within a specialist area.
• Offer autonomous clinical judgment and lead in service development and audits.
• Lead the multi-professional metabolic MDT and support pathways for inherited metabolic disorders.
• Ensure safe practice and contribute to the learning and development of junior colleagues.
