We have an exciting opening for a Senior Technician in our Packaging team, or people with a similar experience or transferrable skillset, ready for a new challenge. This is a full-time permanent position, based on site and working on a rotational shift basis.

Ferring Controlled Therapeutics is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and research & development subsidiary of Ferring Pharmaceuticals, located in East Kilbride. Having recently acquired an additional site, the organisation is experiencing an exciting phase of growth and opportunity.

The successful candidate will be given full training to join our existing team responsible for manufacturing products in the reproductive medicine category. Our mission is to build healthy families and help people live better lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform/Drive some activities, supervise the operations of the packaging processes.
  • Participate in all aspects of manufacturing process operations.
  • Responsible for the quality of documentation along with the production processes including batch record review
  • Respect and lead the Safety, Health and Environment Policy rules.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to increase efficiency of work processes.
  • Manage all people processes, Performance management and absence management.
