Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical boards for non-conformances and anomalies.
  • Support materials, mechanical parts, and process selection, including verification and contamination control.
  • Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre-test, post-test).
  • Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non-conformances.
  • Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation.

Skills

Mandatory space industry experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in PA/QA for regulated manufacturing, preferably spaceflight
Knowledge of materials, mechanical parts, and space hardware processes
Experience in testing, verification, and reporting
Strong documentation and quality management skills
Supplier management experience
Knowledge of spacecraft integration and assembly

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Senior PA/QA Engineer to support the design, manufacture, and verification of spaceflight hardware. You will ensure high-quality standards are met across mechanisms and structural parts, participate in technical reviews, assess risks, and work with suppliers throughout the hardware lifecycle.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
