Owen Reed is looking for a Senior PA (Contentuous Trusts & Estates) for a top law firm in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Senior PA to support fee earners within a busy Contentious Trusts & Estates team. The role requires strong organisational ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a confident, positive approach to managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and client communication
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Assisting with client onboarding, billing and time recording
  • Maintaining accurate file and document management
  • Supporting business development activities and client relationship management
  • Acting as a first point of contact for fee earners and clients
About You
  • Previous Legal PA / Senior PA experience in a law firm is essential
  • Experience in Disputes or Contentious Trusts & Estates is highly beneficial
  • Strong document production and MS Office skills
  • Confident communicator with a "can-do" approach
  • Able to work proactively, anticipate needs, and manage workload independently
  • A collaborative team player who brings a positive, professional presence
