The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of PQE and strong knowledge of insurance law, alongside experience in litigation. Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in law.
• Experience advising on coverage and acting in High Court litigation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance law, tort, and contract law.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of claims from property damage and business interruption losses.
• Advise insurers on coverage and act in coverage disputes.
• Defend claims made against insureds and pursue subrogated recovery claims.
