Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Developer to oversee design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications on the OutSystems platform. You will mentor the team, ensure quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

The role requires strong OutSystems experience, .NET skills, and a solid background in SQL Server, HTML5/CSS/JS frameworks, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Developer on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Proven expertise with OutSystems platform development and ability to manage complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of OOP with C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and database design/development.
• Advanced front-end skills: HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, JQuery, Bootstrap.
• Expertise in source control: TFS or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design and development of applications using OutSystems.
• Define and enforce coding standards, tools, and techniques for software development.
• Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring and coaching.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and architecture.
• Manage team performance, assign work packages, and optimize productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis, performance tuning, and diagnostics for issues.
• Plan knowledge transfer activities including documentation and presentations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver within sprint cycles.
