Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outerwear design, with a focus on casual and formal.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in outerwear design for both men's and women's fashion.
• Demonstrated experience working with suppliers and manufacturers, particularly in Bangladesh or similar production environments.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, colour theory, and garment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal collections for men's and women's casual and formal outerwear.
• Source and recommend fabrics, trims, and materials suitable for various outerwear styles.
• Lead the product development process and create tech packs.
• Conduct ongoing research into global fashion trends and consumer preferences.
• Travel for trend research, trade shows, and to offshore sample facility.
