An industry leader in collectibles is seeking a Senior Order Management Coordinator based in Milton Keynes. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire order management process, ensuring accuracy, and leading workflow within the team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in print processes, and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel. A degree in a relevant subject is preferred, alongside good communication abilities and teamwork. Experience in a print or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Reporting to the Pre-Production Manager, the Senior Order Management Coordinator is a multi-functional role responsible for leading end-to-end order management within a team of contributors. This person leads the integration of orders within the OTC system, prioritizing workflow within the Order Management Team to ensure accuracy and system acceptance. The role regularly interfaces with internal and external contributors, requiring a proactive approach and excellent communication skills. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.
