Responsibilities
- Lead Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS) implementations – configure and deploy Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud across full project lifecycles.
- Architect Master Data Governance – collaborate with stakeholders to define hierarchies, workflows, governance models, and REST-based integrations.
- Orchestrate Data Automation – implement EPM Automate, schedule processes, handle inbound integrations, and synchronize metadata across systems.
- Enable Business Success – facilitate workshops, manage UAT/testing, oversee change control, and provide rock‑solid post‑go‑live support.
- Innovate Continuously – stay ahead of Oracle quarterly updates, champion new EDMCS features, and help clients leverage the latest capabilities.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS).
- Work closely with business users to define enterprise hierarchy, dimensionality, and master data governance requirements.
- Implement inbound integration to receive data within EDMCS.
- Build applications, views, viewpoints, node types, and properties to manage master data for Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and other financial systems.
- Design and deploy request workflows, validations, subscriptions, and data synchronisation mappings.
- Design and implement data orchestration, automation, and scheduling.
- Hands‑on experience with EPM Automate commands.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business processes with EDM governance models.
- Support testing cycles, change control, and post‑go‑live operations.
Qualifications
- Have led 1–2 complete EDMCS implementations with solid experience in applications, views, workflows, and governance.
- Understand enterprise metadata lifecycle, REST integrations, EPM Automate, and cross‑system alignment.
- Communicate effortlessly with business and IT teams, produce top‑tier documentation, and thrive in agile, multi‑system environments.
- Bonus points for integration experience with Planning, FCCS, ERP Cloud, or MDM/DRM tools.
Security Clearance
YOU MUST BE SC CLEARED OR ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE. TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST HAVE LIVED IN THE UK FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS. This is a security‑critical role: SC clearance or SC eligibility is mandatory, which requires a minimum of 2 years UK residency.
Required Experience
- Hands‑on implementation experience with Oracle EDMCS (minimum 1–2 full project lifecycles).
- Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, metadata lifecycle management, and cross‑system alignment.
- Experience configuring EDM applications, node types, views, and request workflows.
- Familiarity with subscriptions, validations, and REST API‑based integrations.
- Ability to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to define and deliver governance solutions.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Highly organised and self‑motivated with strong documentation discipline.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, multi‑system environments.
Desirable Experience
- Experience integrating EDMCS with Oracle Planning, FCCS, or ERP Cloud.
- Familiarity with data governance tools like DRM (Data Relationship Management), MDM, or Master Data solutions.
- Experience with automation via REST APIs, EPM Automate, or integration platforms.
