In this role you will be responsible for leading operations and maintenance activities on battery energy storage sites across the country. Responsibilities include managing O&M activities on site, mentoring engineers, organising schedules and call-out rotas, monitor site performance metrics, and ensuring H&S is adhered to. This is also a hands-on role where you will be required to carry out some planned and reactive maintenance activities. Sites are located across England and Europe, so frequent travel and stay aways will be required.

The ideal candidate will be an O&M professional with strong knowledge and experience working on utility-scale renewable projects. You will have experience leading and managing teams, and will hold a relevant qualification in an electrical / electro-mechanical discipline. It is essential that you are available and willing to travel internationally when required.

The Person
