Mercor is conducting a focused, one-time evaluation pilot to assess how frontier AI models perform on realistic professional work. We are hiring 50 experts across HR and Accounting domains.

Each participant completes one task and evaluates five model attempts, then provides structured feedback on both the task and study design. Participants will sign an NDA before receiving materials and must have 5+ years hands-on experience in HR or Accounting, with the ability to judge work like a working

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in HR or Accounting.
• Ability to judge work with evidence-based rationales.
• Reliability within a short turnaround window.
• Follows NDA and study protocols.

Responsibilities

• Solve one domain-specific task using provided source files.
• Rank five model outputs 1–5 with no ties and score 0–100.
• Provide evidence-based rationales citing specific outputs.
• Give structured feedback on the task and the study design.
