• Significant experience at middle management level, including the management of staff.
• Evidence of preparing high level written reports to a good standard.
• Experience of monitoring performance in area of responsibility against predetermined targets.

Responsibilities

• Cluster operational lead on caseload segmentation issues.
• Provide operational support to the Head of Cluster.
• Responsible for the professional development of cluster staff.
• Ensuring effective recruitment and induction in the cluster.
• Act as cluster lead for performance & quality.
