Qualifications

• MPharm or equivalent degree is essential.
• Must be registered with the GPhC.
• Post graduate diploma or masters in clinical pharmacy needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage a high quality cost-effective anti-cancer pharmacy service.
• Work with the Lead Pharmacist for Oncology and Haematology.
• Ensure patients safely access the latest oncology treatments.

Skills

Experience in delivering a clinical pharmacy service

Knowledge of Oncology

Practical experience in Aseptic Production Unit

Knowledge of Mosaiq, BD Cato, Meditech

Education

MPharm or equivalent

Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Post graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy
