Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving Licence where required to perform the role.
• Willingness to apply for Security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support services on customer sites.
• Repair, diagnose, and replace PCs, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Perform desk side support to SCC clients as requested.
• Achieve KPI targets for visits and fixes per day.
• Be compliant with management and company policies.

Skills

Knowledge of PC, Laptop, Printer & associated peripherals operation

Excellent customer facing skills

AV experience

Trained in Desktop / Laptop / Printers and Servers

Cisco / Sun knowledge

Excellent knowledge of common software products
