Job summary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of banking, financial institutions, and related industry knowledge.
  • Assisting to develop strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities.
  • Preparing project appraisal reports, financial models, risk grading models, agenda papers, memo, presentation for CRM/CC/Board meetings and finalizing loan documentations.
  • Assisting in closing of fund arrangement deals through preparation of information memorandum and financial model, meeting with potential borrowers and lenders.
  • Performing agency function and monitoring financial, operational, environmental & social performance of projects.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual portfolio review and progress reports and other reports as required by management.
  • Assisting in preparing necessary reporting for the Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)/ Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).
  • Attending the requirements of prospective clients, maintain liaison with regulatory authorities, bilateral and multilateral institutions, etc.
  • Assisting in completing deals and strategy related activities.
  • Performing any additional task assigned by the Head of the Department.
