Job summary

The Witherslack Group seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist to join Greenholm School in South East England. You will work within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver therapeutic living and learning environments for young people with autism and complex needs.

You will provide consultation, training and guidance to educational and residential staff, support CPD, and supervise teams. HCPC registration is required; travel by car is essential.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
• Experience supervising teams and supporting CPD.
• Be a driver with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic supports within schools and homes.
• Offer consultation, training, and guidance to staff.
