Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join an Acute Hospital team in Frimley, Surrey. This locum, ongoing, full-time post offers a rewarding clinical caseload and the chance to shape patient rehabilitation within a supportive environment.

You will manage a specialist OT caseload, conduct assessments and deliver targeted interventions, evaluate needs for discharge planning, recommend equipment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to optimise patient care

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy (essential).
• HCPC registration required for practice.
• Proven acute hospital experience, Band 7 level preferred.
• Strong independent caseload management and clinical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specialist Occupational Therapy caseload.
• Conduct OT assessments and deliver targeted interventions.
• Evaluate functional abilities and rehab needs for discharge planning.
• Recommend equipment and adaptations to support independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan treatment.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation.
