• Minimum of 3 years broad based post registration experience.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with occupational health standards.

Responsibilities

• Management and effectiveness of clinical service and case management.
• Deliver Occupational Health case management and rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate on employee wellbeing and occupational health initiatives.

Skills

Registered Nurse on NMC register (Part 1 or 2)

Working knowledge of H&S legislation

Experience in an occupational health setting

Previous experience leading and managing a team

Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation

Experience of Risk Management Process
