Aufgaben

• Deputise for the Divisional Nursing Director in their absence and lead a range of portfolios.
• Provide professional nursing leadership across the Division and wider Trust.
• Assist with operational accountability for the Divisions non-medical workforce and set and deliver strategic direction for the Divisional Nursing Teams.
• Drive excellent professional standards, leading Quality and Practice Improvements to ensure high quality, safe care.
• Provide professional nursing expertise and advise on safety, quality and governance for Clinical Business Units, Division and Trust.
• Contribute to the corporate nursing resource and assist the DND in holding a portfolio of responsibility to be managed Trust wide reporting to the Chief Nurse.
• Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust's redeployment process.
