Job summary

The Cedars Nursing Home - Albrighton, Wolverhampton is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join Springcare, contributing to the daily care and wellbeing of our residents. You will support with personal care, nutrition, mobility and comfort, under the Home Manager, and may lead a team of Health Care Assistants as required.

Successful applicants will need two written references, a DBS check, and evidence of right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Nursing Assistant (Senior Care Assistant level 3).
• Reliable and trustworthy, able to work as part of a team and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Allocate duties to team of Health Care Assistants and model best practice.
• Provide personal care, support nutrition, mobility and well-being of residents.
• Undertake clinical tasks such as PEG feeding, medication administration, basic observations as directed.
