Busy Bees is looking for a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure consistent educational strategies across the centre. You will inspire and develop a team to achieve high standards of care and learning, while aligning with the Bee Curious curriculum.

The role involves leading planning, safeguarding, and strong parent communication in a busy Enfield-style nursery, with opportunities for professional growth and benefits across a prominent UK childcare group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership roles in early years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to diverse needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, support those with additional needs.
• Foster relationships with parents and keep them informed of development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding protocols.
