Busy Bees Liverpool Childwall seeks a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and drive the Bee Curious curriculum with a high-performing team. You will lead, mentor, and model best practices to deliver exceptional care and learning outcomes.

This role focuses on safeguarding, family partnerships, and compliant operations within a welcoming, values-driven environment that supports professional growth and development across the nursery network.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making adaptations for additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, safeguarding protocols across the centre.
